Submit your paper

All authors wishing to present papers at the Colloqui.AT.e 2024 conference are required to submit a contribution using the platform "Easy Chair".

All the full papers will be published by Springer in “Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering (https://www.springer.com/series/15087), indexed in SCOPUS.

The abstrac will published in the digital conference abstract book, edited by EdicomEdizioni and provided with an ISBN.

Selected papers, submitted to the conference, could be invited for a submission in a thematic Volume related to the conference topics, published by Springer and/or in a Special Issue of Energy and Building (https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/energy-and-buildings ) titled: Nature Based Solutions: Materials, Buildings and Cities for Counteracting Climate Change, that is going to be launched on E&B website in the next weeks.

Only papers submitted via EasyChair platform will be considered for the conference. To submit your paper visit the following link:

Indications for the EasyChair platform: 

  • in order to submit your paper, you need to register on the Easy Chair platform, which is free of charge and can be done directly via the link provided ("create an account!); 
  • to submit the article, start a "New submission" and fill in the fields. For the submission phase, you will have to upload the file in .pdf format in the "Uploads" section of the page; for the first stage of the review, you must submit your contribution (abstract and full paper file) without author information (name and affiliation)
  • After making the changes, on the basis of the suggestions of the reviewers, the authors will have to reload the abstrac file (in both.docx and.pdf format) and the full paper file (in both.docx and.pdf format) without references to the authors (name and organization);
  • after the final acceptance, the authors are asked to upload the files (abstract and full paper) according to the instructions that will be transmitted by mail;
  • for any intermediate changes (e.g. adding an author), it will be possible to use the section of the uploaded "submission", under "update information/author/file";
  • the paper could be withdrawn once submitted using the "withdraw" button
